From the start of the course, the groups will be out on the water in boats under the instruction of a RYA instructor, who will take the group through each stage of the course from sailing across the wind, to sailing upwind and down wind. At the end of the course the group should be able to sail up and down the river from the Watersports Centre under the supervision of an instructor.
