Dive into a dynamic Members workout with Tennis Coach Jay Ward!

Join us on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings for our fun, flexible and sociable Cardio Tennis sessions. Designed to elevate your fitness levels, these sessions offer a delightful blend of tennis-inspired exercises and serving and returning balls. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, these sessions are open to Members of all abilities.

Please note that spaces are limited to 12 Members per session, so secure your spot in advance to ensure you don’t miss out on the action!

Thursday sessions will begin on 18th April and will consist of 13 sessions. Tuesday sessions will commence 7th May and will consist of 10 sessions. Due to half term, there will be no session on the 28th May.
