Full payment is taken in advance of your stay, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
It may take up to 72 hours for your payment card to be processed and for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
In the event that we are unable to process payment on your card for your booking, we will contact you directly using the contact details on your reservation. Please ensure these are correct. In the event that we are unable to reach you, your reservation will be cancelled and your room will be released.
The restaurant must be booked in advance prior to your stay.
