Job description

We are looking for a SPA Therapist who will provide excellent customer service and care to our guests during their Spa journey.

The Role

The Receptionist will report directly to the Spa Manager and will help ensure the safe and efficient day to day operation of the Spa.
The ideal candidate will:

• Welcoming guests
• Answer calls and email enquiries
• Take bookings efficiently
• Ensure the reception area is always kept to a high standard
• Take payments and see clients out
• Be well spoken and presentable
• Work well under pressure
• Be a team player
